Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order?

On the home page there are two buttons located under the welcome banner. One is for TUMBLER Order form and the other is for DECAL Order Form. Please fill out the decal order form for each decal you would like to order. We will combine them into  one order for you.

How do I pay?

We will invoice you through our paypal account once we receive your order.

 *Note*  Your order will NOT ship until complete payment is received. This is a business like any other, when you order a product, you do not get that product until you pay for it.

How long does it take to make my order?

We pride ourselves in having the absolute best turn around time possible! With that being said, these are handmade with love and we will not give you a product before we are satisfied with the final presentation. Your tumbler order will take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on complexity of the design. Holiday seasons may be a little longer, but we will communicate this if needed.

When will my item(s) ship?

We will ship your items out as soon as they are complete. We ship with whichever option is the cheapest for our customers! We use the website pirateship for postage and we pack and ship right from our home.

How do I wash my tumbler(s)?

Always hand wash with dish soap. NEVER place in the dishwasher or wash with dishwashing liquid. Most dishwashing liquids have bleach in them which will degrade the epoxy over time.

What happens if I damage my tumbler?

We are not responsible for any damage to your tumblers/ any products. We know that life happens, so we will attempt to fix any damaged product that we can. You can always reach out to us and we will work with you. There will be a fee associated with any repairs, but we definitely will work with you all the way!
