Your tumbler order will take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on complexity of the design. Holiday seasons may be a little longer, but we will communicate this if needed.

Payment is due upfront. If you order a custom product from any business you must pay for it before it’s made, this business is no different.

I use Art Resin Epoxy. If you have any allergies to this product, I do not recommend you purchase a tumbler that is created with this epoxy. Keep in mind this product is FDA compliant once it has cured for 72 hours. Please visit Art Resin’s web page for any questions or concerns you may have regarding their product line.

All customized tumblers are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Due to different screen color variations from phones, iPads and computers, colors may vary from the original photo.

If your tumbler is dropped, it may crack, or a section may come loose. I can try to fix damaged tumblers for a fee plus shipping both ways.

Your tumbler is handmade with attention to detail. However, a handmade item may have slight imperfections. I put a lot of pride and care into my handmade items and work very hard to achieve the highest quality of a finished product. As hard as we try to keep all mediums separate there is a chance that some stray glitter may end up on non-glitter cups. We try our hardest to prevent that.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TUMBLER IN A CAR AS EXTREME HEAT OR COLD MAY AFFECT THE EPOXY. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE!

You are responsible for pickup of your customized tumbler. I will ship at customers cost anywhere in the USA.. Please contact me immediately if your tumbler arrives damaged along with a photograph of the areas damaged.
